The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has launched its highly anticipated Youth Manifesto, unveiling a comprehensive plan to tackle the pressing challenges faced by young people in Ghana.
In a keynote speech, NDC General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey emphasized the party’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing national progress over political power.
Kwetey declared that the NDC’s policies are crafted to bring hope and prosperity to young people, who have been disillusioned by the current government’s unfulfilled promises.
Kwetey criticized the ruling party’s policies as “come and go” initiatives designed solely to win votes, contrasting this approach with the NDC’s focus on meaningful progress.
“We prioritize policy development for progress before seeking votes.
Our policies are designed for progress before seeking votes,” he stressed.
The NDC’s Youth Manifesto promises to address critical issues affecting young people, including unemployment, education, skills training, and entrepreneurship.
The party has pledged to create opportunities for young people to thrive and succeed, building a brighter future for Ghana’s youth.
The launch of the Youth Manifesto marks a significant milestone in the NDC’s campaign for the 2024 elections, as the party seeks to harness the energy and idealism of Ghana’s youth and offer a vision of hope and prosperity for the future.
