Barcelona Football Club has officially introduced Hans-Dieter Flick as its new manager at the Auditori 1899.
The German coach, formerly at the helm of Bayern Munich and the German National Team, was appointed in June following the departure of club legend Xavi Hernandez after a trophy-less season.
Barcelona is set to embark on its annual preseason tour in the United States, where the team will face Manchester City, Real Madrid, and AC Milan.
The squad’s final preseason match will be against AS Monaco in the Joan Gamper Trophy before the Spanish league opener against Valencia.
Hansi Flick faces the challenge of restoring Barcelona’s dominance in both domestic and European football, with little room for error.
The upcoming preseason tour and matches against top-tier teams will be a crucial test of his tactics and team dynamics. It will be interesting to see how Flick navigates the challenges ahead and shapes the future of Barcelona FC.
