The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has requested that the Electoral Commission permit a live broadcast of their upcoming meeting on Friday, where they will discuss their concerns and observations regarding the Provisional Voters Register (PVR) for the 2024 general elections.
In a letter to the Electoral Commission Chairperson on September 4, NDC General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey requested a live broadcast of their meeting, stating that it would embody the commission’s motto of transparency, allowing the public to witness the proceedings firsthand.
“We request for a live broadcast of our presentation of observations found in the Provisional Voters Register (PVR) to your team,” Mr Kwetey stated.

NDC REQUEST FOR LIVE BROADCAST OF PRESENTATION OF OBSERVATIONS FOUND IN PVR 2024
I bring you greetings from the NDC Party Headquarters, Accra and trust that this letter finds you well.
In connection with the upcoming meeting with your team slated for Friday, 6th September 2024, we request for a live broadcast of our presentation of observations found in the Provisional Voters Register (PVR) to your team. This, we believe, will give true meaning to transparency as found in your motto.
We anticipate your usual attention and co-operation.
Thank you.
