Barcelona has secured the signing of Spanish midfielder Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig, marking his return to the club where he developed his skills as a youth player.
Olmo, 26, joins Barcelona in a €60m deal, returning to his roots after a stint with Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia, where he moved in 2014. He then joined RB Leipzig in 2020, where he enjoyed success, winning two German Cups during his time with the club.
The playmaker has committed to a six-year contract with Barcelona, featuring a substantial €500m release clause, demonstrating the club’s confidence in his abilities.
